Cheesy Sausage Balls

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound uncooked Owens® hot sausage
  • 1 pound grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups Bisquick™
Preparation:
Place room temperature sausage in a large bowl. Add Bisquick. Knead it through the sausage, using your hands. Add cheese and knead through the meat mixture. Once well mixed, take small amounts and form into walnut sized balls. Place balls on baking sheet lined with well greased foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Best served right out of the oven. Makes 3 dozen. Can be reheated in a 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
